CCISD Livestock Show

Dear Potential Sponsor,

I am writing on behalf of the Clear Creek ISD Livestock Show & Auction. I am delighted that you have an
interest in supporting the students of the Clear Creek ISD FFA, which is home of the Clear Brook, Clear
Creek, Clear Falls, Clear Lake and Clear Springs FFA Chapters.

Our mission is to develop the potential of students for premier leadership, personal growth, and career
success. One of the most outstanding opportunities that we provide for our students and the community
is the the CCISD Livestock Show and Auction, which is comprised of nearly 200 high school students
with diverse backgrounds studying agriculture competing in various categories.

The purpose of the CCISD Livestock Show & Auction is to engage our community in a week full of
activities showcasing the skills of students in the Agriculture Science Programs through events such as
livestock exhibition, agricultural mechanics, horticulture science, food science, and creative arts
competitions. The 45th Annual CCISD Livestock Show & Auction will be held on January 18 – 21, 2027 at
the West Agriculture Facility, located at 2155 W Nasa Blvd, Webster, TX 77598.

The goal of the CCISD Livestock Show & Auction is to reward students for the time, effort, and finances
that they have invested in these agricultural projects. Students that compete in the CCISD Livestock
Show will be able to participate in the Live Auction and receive monetary contributions from sponsors
and donors that students may use for expenses, investment toward future agriculture projects, or to
fund college savings accounts.

To aid in their agricultural endeavors, we ask that you consider supporting our event through monetary
donations. The CCISD Livestock Show & Auction Committee has created various sponsorship levels to
allow donors to partner with us at multiple levels. Your support empowers us to continue our mission,
and we’d be honored to have you as a partner in this journey. Every donation, no matter the size, helps
us get one step closer to our goal. Please note, the CCISD Livestock Show & Auction is recognized as a
tax-exempt educational institution. The sponsorship may be tax-deductible to the full extent permitted
by law.
